I am currently in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. All other insurance plans are considered out-of-network. Please contact your insurance provider to verify your individual benefits and coverage.

If your insurance is out-of-network, a Superbill can be provided for reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so contact your insurance company to determine your available benefits.

Appointments must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Under federal law, clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services before beginning treatment.
